What's in it for you?
What will you be doing?
Process and manage payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare and file payroll tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Assist with general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support billing functions and invoicing processes (experience a plus)
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial documentation and reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
What do you bring?
3–5 years of accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax filings
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Billing experience a plus
College degree in Accounting or a related field strongly preferred
