Accountant – Construction Industry | Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support accounting operations across multiple construction-related companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction (CRE) and Sage Paperless Construction , along with a solid background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payment applications in Sage Paperless Construction and Sage 300 CRE
• Manage Accounts Payable across multiple companies, including payment processing and lien waivers
• Enter and reconcile Accounts Receivable , monitor outstanding balances, and coordinate with project managers
• Maintain accurate job cost data, including estimates, budgets, and change orders; sync with Procore as needed
• Run regular financial reports to support cash flow management and project accounting

Qualifications:

• Prior experience using Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction and Sage Paperless Construction preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the construction accounting field highly desirable but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
