Job Description

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a mid-size firm in Robinson Township, PA, just west of Pittsburgh, for a company in the services industry that is searching for an Accounts Payable Associate available on either a permanent or contract-to-hire basis.
 
Candidate will be responsible for:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable work into their legacy ERP system
• Entering vendor payments into ERP system
• Posting daily batches
• Maintenance of the AP/Vendor Inbox
• Processing invoices
• Processing ACH payments for vendors
• Printing and mailing checks
• Solving AP issues
• Complying with all company and industry standards
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

 
Candidate should have the following background:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping
• Strong preference with someone who has worked in a company of over $150 Million in revenue
• Experience with Excel (data entry and formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems (Any system is fine, their system is a legacy system that can be taught)
• Strong attention to detail
• “Can do” attitude
• Ability to work in the office for up to 90 days, then a hybrid situation (2-3 days in office, 2-3 days remote after training period)
