AR/Title Clerk

$21–$23/hour | West Chester, OH | Full-Time

trak group is hiring an  AR/Title Clerk for a well-established, family-owned company with a strong history of promoting from within. This blended role combines accounts receivable responsibilities with vehicle title processing, offering variety in your day-to-day work and the opportunity to grow into a lead position.

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile daily cash, check, and credit card transactions across multiple departments
• Prepare deposits and process mailed payments
• Review AR schedules, confirm warranty claim submissions, and follow up on aged items
• Maintain accurate account reconciliations and documentation
• Coordinate collection of sales tax exemption certificates for wholesale customers
• Process vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Support both AR and title functions with additional duties as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of work independently
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with initiative to take ownership of tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
