Responsibilities – Automotive Title Clerk:

• Process all new and used vehicle titles and registrations on all new and used vehicles sold both in state and out of state
• Verify vehicle identification numbers (VIN) and ensure title accuracy
• Prepare and submit necessary documents to the DMV and other agencies
• Maintain title records, logs, and reports in a wellâ€'organized manner
• Assist sales and finance teams with titleâ€'related questions or issues
• Track and resolve any title errors or missing paperwork promptly

Requirements – Automotive Title Clerk:

• Previous Automotive Title experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state title laws and DMV procedures a plus
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a PLUS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Professional personal appearance
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
