Our client, a well-established and growing insurance agency, is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Producer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for helping individuals find the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication

Educate clients on coverage options and help them choose plans that fit their needs

Meet or exceed personal and agency sales goals

Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License

At least one year of experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using modern technology and agency systems
