Role Overview: The Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe is essential in assisting healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters and ensuring accurate medical records. Your role will involve effective communication with both medical staff and patients to enhance the healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document patient visits and examinations.
• Record patient information, history, and diagnoses accurately.
• Assist healthcare providers in managing patient medical care.
• Document medical decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the care team and other providers regarding patient needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For: We seek candidates who are eager to learn and gain experience in a patient care setting, with the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication abilities.
• Typing speed of 70+ words per minute.
• Basic medical knowledge or a willingness to learn.
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude.
• Dependable and committed to patient care.
• Adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Fluency in Spanish (additional languages such as Polish or Russian are a plus).
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
