We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in our San Antonio branch. We need someone collaborative, energetic, willing to learn, and driven to grow. If you are described as passionate and a people person, go ahead and submit your resume. This is an in-office position.

The salary ranges, depending on experience, between $17-$19/hr with up to $10,400 in annual bonus opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a proactive thinker and effective communication with coworkers and leadership
• Leads from any position you are in. Leadership and Management are two different things, so if you are a leader at heart, apply.
• Is proficient and comfortable utilizing a computer
• Can work well under pressure and has a sharp attention to detail
• Customer service skills are a must... if you are not motivated by impacting people's lives, this isn't for you.
• Staffing and full-desk recruiting experience are preferred, but if you've got the right attitude and energy, we want to meet you

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
