This Bookkeeper Position Features:

This role handles full-cycle accounting, HR tasks, purchasing, and special projects as needed. If you’re highly organized, love working with people and numbers, please apply now.

• Handle full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, reconciliations, payroll, and financial statements
• Generate purchase orders, code invoices, manage vendors, and support inventory control
• Support HR functions: onboarding, performance tracking, records, and compliance
• Use QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, Excel
• Help coordinate with IT consultants and troubleshoot basic tech issues
:
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in accounting, payroll, and HR (manufacturing a big plus)
• Comfortable with MRP systems and vendor management
• Detail-oriented and great communication
