Requirements:

• Posses High School Diploma or GED
• Read and Comprehend Instructions and Information
• Possess Excellent Communication and Organization Skills
• Enjoy Working with People and Sales Team
• No Vehicle Requested
• Class D - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped)
• No Age Requested
• Professional Appearance
• Valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record
• Prior Business Development Representative Experience Requested

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Track, organize, and manage incoming leads for the sales team
• Distribute leads efficiently to ensure timely follow-up
• Support team with daily tasks, outreach, and campaigns
• Engage with leads directly when needed to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes and strategies
• Analyze lead trends and work with Marketing to improve efficiency and results
• Assist with refining scripts, workflows, and overall customer engagement approach
