About the Role:
Join Cold Stone Creamery as a Cake Decorator and unleash your creativity in a vibrant environment! We are looking for a passionate individual who can craft stunning cakes that delight our customers and elevate their special occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design custom cakes for various events, including birthdays, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Decorate cakes using various techniques such as fondant, buttercream, and edible art.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of cake batters and fillings as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
• Manage inventory of decorating supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new cake designs and offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail in cake design.
• Knowledge of various decorating techniques and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for baking and decorating.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
