Capital Markets Lead Consultant Infosys

As Lead Consultant you will add value across the entire Software Development lifecycle, creating detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans. You will independently develop, review code and contribute to golive plans. You will collaborate with top talent to deliver innovative, highquality, defectfree solutions that meet our clients business needs. Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience: three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Location: Boston, MA. Must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employerbased visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Prime Brokerage, Equity Swaps, Total Return Swaps and Portfolio Swaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, Equity Swaps, Total Return Swaps and Portfolio Swaps.
• Comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycle processes for swaps and relevant compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of major Equity Swaps platforms, with preference for NuvoPrime, Swap One and Murex.
• Requirements gathering with portfolio managers, traders, and finance teams to capture system and process requirements for asset management platforms.
• Process analysis: document and optimize workflows for trade lifecycle, portfolio valuation, compliance, and reporting.
• Proven track record in delivering trading system implementations through all major milestonesanalysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, including Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.
• Skilled in developing comprehensive business analysis documentation, including BRDs, functional flows, and test cases.
• Ability to navigate JIRA and Confluence documents.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Participation in an agile development workflow.
• Ability to work in a team environment and clientinterfacing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
