About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to join its senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the organization's programmatic vision and strategic direction. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing all mission-related initiatives, including training, grantmaking, research, and network engagement, with a strong focus on innovation, evaluation, and organizational learning. This role involves leading a large team of professionals, ensuring the achievement of the organization's desired impact, and managing strategic partnerships to strengthen the field. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring leader with exceptional supervisory and management skills, a proven track record in strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to problem-solving and program design. The successful candidate will also be involved in fundraising, building strong relationships with funders and stakeholders, and will have a strong board-facing experience. A deep understanding of Jewish values, culture, and community life is strongly preferred, as the CIO will be expected to represent the organization with knowledge, passion, and integrity. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate the organization's vision, inspire teams, and engage diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
