Qualifications

Career key points :
• 5 plus years originating and closing commercial real estate loans.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of commercial real estate loans and documentation.
• Must be a self-starter with strong business development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills are needed to be successful.
• Must be committed to integrity, client satisfaction and further improve your debt placement career.
