Job Description

Our client, a full-service boutique agency in Florida, is seeking a talented Copywriter with expertise in paid media and short-form copywriting. This is a temp-to-potential full-time position, offering remote flexibility with a requirement for a few monthly in-office visits to their South Florida location. Candidates based in the South Florida area are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has strong ad agency experience, and a proven track record of crafting short form copy for paid media ads, integrated campaigns, headlines, taglines, captions, apps, print, digital platforms, and Google Ads. You’ll play a key role in developing compelling, brand-aligned copy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of creatives to bring the vision to life for key healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short form copy for paid media ads and integrated campaigns.
• Craft punchy, relatable headlines, taglines, and captions that resonate with target audiences.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy across mediums, including digital ads, email, banner ads, social media, print collateral, and more.
• Collaborate closely with design and other departments to integrate creative ideas into cohesive campaigns.
• Maintain the brand voice while adhering to established guidelines during development and implementation.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

Copywriter – Paid Media & Short-Form Specialist

• 4+ years of copywriting experience at an ad agency.
• 4+ years of short-form copywriting experience with a strong portfolio of paid media work.
• Demonstrated ability to write short, impactful headlines, taglines, and conversational dialogue.
• Proven expertise in crafting copy for paid media ads, integrated campaigns, Google Ads, apps, print, and digital platforms.
• A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to move audiences through compelling narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
• Mastery of English communication, both written and verbal.
• Resides in South Florida (Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami) and open to a few in-office visits per month. Location: South Florida (Remote with occasional office visits).
