Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Customer Service Representative / Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of property inspections and serving as the primary liaison between clients, inspectors, and internal teams. This role ensures that inspection appointments are efficiently scheduled and rescheduled as needed while maintaining exceptional customer service and professional communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate property inspections using internal systems and tools. Communicate with inspectors, clients, and third-party contacts to confirm availability and appointment times. Monitor inspection calendars to optimize scheduling and route efficiency. Respond promptly and professionally to last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.

Client Relations
Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all communications. Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary. Provide timely updates on inspection status and follow up after appointments to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of appointments, client communications, and inspection reports. Prepare daily and weekly scheduling and inspection reports for internal use. Support inspectors with logistics and documentation. Assist with data entry and CRM management.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in the real estate, construction, or inspection industries is a plus. Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on finding solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with inspection management software such as BOLT is preferred. Familiarity with the local real estate or construction industry is also beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
