This is not a call center job — no cold calls, no scripts. Just genuine conversations that inspire action and create lasting impact.

We collaborate with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire community involvement, and build donor support. Through face-to-face outreach and local events , we create authentic human connections that drive real-world change.

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the public voice of our nonprofit partners—sharing stories, inspiring engagement, and fostering relationships that help communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner

• Share impactful messages about social causes and community initiatives

• Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s mission, goals, and impact

• Build relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement

• Work collaboratively with your team and campaign leads to ensure successful outcomes

• Uphold our values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism

No prior experience in customer service or outreach is required — we provide paid training and mentorship . We’re seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to make a difference.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Care about nonprofits, social causes, or community advocacy

• Enjoy working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• Are reliable, coachable, and eager to grow

• Are 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
