This isn’t a call center role. No cold calls. No scripts. Just authentic conversations that drive social change and strengthen communities.
We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits , advocacy organizations, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness , inspire action, and build lasting donor support. Through in-person outreach and live events , we create meaningful human connections that translate into real-world impact .
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the front-line voice for the campaigns you represent. You’ll connect with the public, educate communities , and help foster long-term support for nonprofits .
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at community events , fundraisers, and outreach programs
Engage the public with friendly, professional, and authentic communication
Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
Educate individuals on nonprofit goals, impact, and ways to get involved
Build lasting relationships to encourage donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
