About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves managing customer orders, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth business operations.
You’ll work with multiple systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Teams) and collaborate across departments to resolve order issues, run reports, handle recalls/returns, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
