Job Description


The Dealer Trade Driver drives company vehicles to transport service customers and pick up and deliver vehicles. Most importantly and without exception, the Delivery Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times.
The ideal candidate has an unrestricted driver's license, 3 years of safe driving and a clean driving record. Candidates must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles and should have basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance if needed (checking and topping off fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures safe and on-time delivery of company vehicles and following all company procedures and standards
  • Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness of vehicles
  • Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road
  • Completes any reports or logs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 year olds
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles a plus
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Highly professional and dependable
