Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour, based on experience

Job Overview:
Were seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 10 years of experience to maintain and repair our school bus fleet. This role involves diagnosing and addressing mechanical and technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that our buses meet safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and repairs on school buses, focusing on diesel engines.
• Diagnose issues with braking systems, engine performance, electrical, and other mechanical components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, ensuring buses are safe and in optimal running condition.
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, ideally with school buses or similar vehicles.
• CDL is Required !
• Expertise in diesel engine repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in bus fleets.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
