Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Shifts: Monday & Wednesday, 6 PM - 9 PM; Tuesday, 3 PM - 9 PM; Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 9 AM; Alternating weekends: Saturday 10/11 AM - 4 PM and 4 PM - 9 PM; Sunday 12 PM - 6 PM (Adult)

*** Case Specific Pay Rate: $18.85/Hour***

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on, one-on-one support in homes and communities.
• Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills.
• Be a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve greater independence and a brighter future.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
• Current CPR certification (no online classes)
• TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care
