Maximus is seeking a Director, Intelligent Automation to lead our Digital Solutions Organization, focusing on automating processes using IDP technologies (AWS Bedrock, Textract, Azure Document Intelligence), RPA / APA platforms (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps), and building AI-based products. The role is based in Princeton, NJ, with in-office work required 3+ days a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading digital solutions projects, managing teams, and overseeing RPA and IDP capabilities.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
• Managing vendors, developing strategies for automation adoption, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Creating executive reports and managing team performance and development.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• US Citizenship and experience with Automation Anywhere and IDP platforms.
• 3-5 years in AI/ML, product management, or related fields.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare, call center, or public sector domains (preferred).
• Certifications in agile methodologies, experience with COTS implementations, and familiarity with other RPA platforms (UiPath, IBM, etc.).

Maximus is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
