Job Overview

You will be responsible for testing and repairing electric motors & pumps for both commercial/industrial equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently drive a delivery vehicle to transport orders to customers' locations in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including greeting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Assist in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Clean and organize retail locations at customer sites, maximize reorder values, and identify opportunities to improve sales performance of each account.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Utilize sales and marketing materials to promote additional products and services to customers during delivery interactions.
• Actively identify new sales opportunities while on delivery routes, such as upselling products, suggesting add-ons, and identifying new leads.
• Collect payments from customers, reconcile cash and invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and sales team to provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle and handling food products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• May perform reasonably similar or related duties, as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience 5 years plus
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own tools
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all
• This position may require the ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 75lbs and perform tasks that may involve prolonged sitting, standing, walking, or bending.
