Job Description

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) role at Educate Online is designed for dynamic individuals with entrepreneurial ambition, strategic vision, and the ability to lead diverse, high-impact projects. This is an opportunity to work directly with the company’s leadership team, driving key initiatives while shaping the future of a global EdTech leader.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead critical strategic initiatives spanning growth, market expansion, product innovation, and operations.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale Educate Online’s impact in the US market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Develop innovative strategies for operational excellence, customer acquisition, and business performance.
• Take ownership of diverse projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, startups, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Broad experience across product, marketing, strategy, or operational roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects with tangible outcomes in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiating and driving impactful solutions.
• Passion for education and technology, with a desire to contribute to global innovation.
• Fluency in English.
