Job Description Collaborate with business managers and Subject Matter Experts to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support new business. Interact with advanced business analysts and solution developers to communicate and validate requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentation. Create process flow diagrams, Use cases, User stories, Acceptance Criteria from scratch Work with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements. Implement and manage projects through Agile Scrum methodology for SDLC - covering from concept to production, including coaching and mentoring of the whole team. Facilitate Joint Application development sessions for requirement gathering. Qualifications A bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, technology, management or a related discipline is required. Relevant work experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on Information Technology projects is required. Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, product nurturing, SDLC, and agile solution delivery practices throughout the project life cycle is required. Superior analytical skills to quickly understand how technical systems, business process and data management elements relate to one another and impact one another across business units.
