We’re looking for an Entry Level Chemical/Process Engineer to join our Advanced Facilities Electronics Team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on state‑of‑the‑art projects, implement, modify, and maintain process designs, and assist with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications. In this position you will work with a multidisciplinary team, taking on a variety of tasks that blend theoretical knowledge with practical application. Under the guidance of professional engineers, architects, and other senior technical staff you will develop flow diagrams, perform sizing calculations for pipe and equipment, and develop process specifications. You’ll assist activities ensuring that design and construction conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements. Technical skills will be built using software such as PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, Bluebeam, and SmartPlant. This role requires a results‑driven, client‑focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong work ethic.
