Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs and executes grassroots marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and support for social justice initiatives. This is an ideal role for a passionate, self-motivated individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, community engagement, and cause-based communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of local marketing and outreach campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to promote community-based initiatives

• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and trends

• Represent client campaigns at community events and outreach activities

• Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting

• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or relevant experience)

• Passion for social justice, equity, and community engagement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Adaptable, creative, and eager to learn
