The Site Support Specialist – Acute, provides customer and application support for Epic and other applications that support business processes across acute & ambulatory services. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide at‑the‑elbow assistance & guidance for acute & ambulatory clinical staff. The incumbent partners with vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary. The Site Support Specialist provides on‑call support and on‑site support as scheduled and as needed. Skills Epic experience with a focus on supporting physicians’ clinical and hospital/outpatient operational workflow. Good working knowledge of how physicians work and how physician practices operate. MUST have Epic Provider Workflow experience and be onsite five days a week. Responsible for training providers to use Epic and providing in‑person support as providers use Epic. Location: Andover, MA (additional locations available).
