Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking an Event Planner for a 6-month+ contract (likely to extend). This position can be located in Charlotte, NC: Des Moines, IA or Minneapolis, MN. Dallas and St. Louise are also locations that would be considered. This position will work onsite.

Compensation: $44.00 - 46.75 per hour.

Description: This team manages and sources hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, video, entertainment, speakers, etc., for corporate enterprise events. The team also organizes and executes the event plans.

Required Skills:

• Experience with CVENT and Ariba.
• Vendor Negotiation
• Sourcing Vendors
• Excel
• Enterprise or 3 rd event planning party company experience
• Quick learner
• Great communication
• Detailed oriented
• Experience working within a high-volume, fast paced environment
