PrideStaff on behalf of a client in Davie is looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The right candidate for this job possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and has proven experience in this role as also supporting company presidents. Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and
    managing the President's calendar efficiently
  • Create a system that allows for direct access to the president's time and office
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and forward or respond on behalf of the President
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming requests, visitors, and
    communications to manage the executive's time effectively.
  • Assist with special projects, including preparing budgets and project proposals
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years minimum of recent experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Must be organized and a problem-solver
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Previous construction experience is a plus

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
