What’s the position?

The Executive Assistant to the Executive team will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive’s calendars where required, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive team.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and business initiatives as required.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications for the Executive team

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and event planning.
