About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Chapter. This role is pivotal in the external-facing capacity, with a strong focus on relationship building, community mobilization, capacity building, fundraising, and board leadership. The successful candidate will be the face of the organization in the community, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including influencers, elected officials, business leaders, media, and grassroots organizations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for promoting the organization's mission through volunteer engagement and community partnerships, as well as providing leadership to local teams to drive change and influence. Candidates for the Executive Director position should be highly motivated, innovative, and community-centered, with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work on a team, and a strong background in fundraising, business development, and revenue generation. The Executive Director will be expected to develop and manage the chapter board and community volunteer leaders, and to influence an environment of teamwork and inclusion. The position is supported by Community Volunteer Leaders and the Chapter Board and is part of the regional leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a competitive edge with experience in the Greater Cincinnati market and will be dedicated to the mission of the organization, where success is measured by the impact on people's lives and the betterment of communities.
