What You'll Do:

• Present financial products and services to customers in a transparent, engaging manner
• Ensure all deals are compliant and efficiently processed
• Collaborate closely with sales and management to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships with lenders and partners
• Lead with integrity, personality, and a customer-first mindset every single day

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive finance or dealership sales/finance
• Strong understanding of dealership F&I operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-you're magnetic, professional, and a team player
• A love for working with people and helping them find the best solution
• Driven to grow, eager to win, and motivated by both income and impact
