The Role We're hiring a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a strategic field partner for our franchisees. This role is based in Dallas, TX and involves frequent travel across assigned regions to support stores directly. You’ll provide operational coaching, business guidance, and brand alignment support to help franchisees achieve sustainable success. What You’ll Do Visit franchise stores regularly to evaluate performance and provide in-person coaching Help store owners and managers identify opportunities to improve operations, customer experience, and profitability Monitor KPIs and guide franchisees in setting and achieving business goals Support new store openings, transitions, and training as needed Build long-term relationships with franchise partners based on trust and accountability Act as the voice of the field—bringing insights back to the corporate team to help shape future programs and initiatives What We’re Looking For Location: Based in Dallas, TX (required) Travel: Comfortable with 50–70% travel , including overnight trips Experience: 3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit retail, or food & beverage (bubble tea or café experience is a plus) Mindset: Proactive, analytical, solution-focused, and committed to franchisee success Skills: Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Strong business acumen and understanding of store-level P&Ls Tech-savvy and organized, able to manage reports, tools, and schedules Clear communicator with a professional and approachable style Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Feng Cha by 2x Get notified about new Franchise Business Consultant jobs in Richardson, TX .
