WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! COMPENSATION: ~$15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification ~30% commission rate compensation once certified ~32% commission rate Senior Stylist ~34% commission rate Master Stylist WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? Receive continued education and advanced training in lash and brow services Paid time off Online Lash Link access Industry-leading compensation A built-in book of leads and marketing to build your clientele The salon provides all supplies Generous discounts on services and retail products Beautiful high-end salon Opportunity to be promoted to senior stylist and master stylist (with increased commission) RESPONSIBILITIES: Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment REQUIRED SKILLS: ~ Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license ~1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred ~1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred ~ Customer service focused; loves on your clients ~ Reliable transportation ~ Strong work ethic ~ Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered ~ Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
