Responsibilities

Build and develop a team of top performers, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition
Ensure all team members are trained and regularly receive performance feedback
Make personnel decisions regarding transfers, promotions, and employment status
Listen to team suggestions for improving operations and guest experience
Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience, knowledge of both BOH and FOH preferred
High standards for quality and guest service
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills; courteous and professional manner
Ability to work independently, trustworthy, and reliable
Basic math skills and experience with POS systems
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
