Job Summary

Store Manager leading the store team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the Sephora culture.

Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, seeking ways to improve service, solve problems, and build relationships. Use Sephoras tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans.
  • Developing sales and budget strategies leading to maximized sales and profitability by analyzing opportunities and forecasting.
  • Managing daytoday store operations driving initiatives, ensuring profitability and efficiency, and ensuring the store represents brand and culture.
  • Enhancing our culture by engaging and inspiring through our Sephora values Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative. Help others grow by understanding strengths and providing coaching and development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and management skills.
  • Experience as a handson leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed.
  • A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, and ability to influence team members.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, work in a fragrancefilled environment and handle and apply cosmetics to clients.
  • Adherence to Sephoras dress code and policies in the Employee Handbook.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,400.00 $116,850.00. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and legitimate business factors. Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits, 401(k), paid time off, employee discount/product perks, tuition reimbursement and employee referral bonus programs.
