Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gunsmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of firearms, including their operation, maintenance, and repair. As a Gunsmith, you will be responsible for ensuring that all firearms are in optimal working condition, providing exceptional service to customers, and adhering to safety regulations. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities
• Inspect, repair, and maintain various types of firearms, ensuring they function safely and effectively.
• Perform modifications and customizations based on customer specifications.
• Diagnose issues with firearms and provide effective solutions for repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, modifications, and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on firearm care and maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to firearms handling and storage.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in gunsmithing. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Gunsmith or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of firearm mechanics, including assembly and disassembly processes.
• Familiarity with various types of firearms including handguns, rifles, and shotguns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
