This is a vital in-office role supporting daily HR operations and helping ensure a positive experience for staff and new hires. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records Support benefits administration and payroll processing Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and documentation Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications: Prior experience in a Human Resources role required Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems Why Join Us?
