Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and write Spanish
• Fluent in Spanish with 3+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities:

• Support the Human Resources Department with recruitment, employment, and personnel records
• Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions
• Perform clerical duties such as copying and filing documents
• Respond to written inquiries from the public
• Send out announcements of job openings or examinations
• Issue and manage application forms
• Screen job applicants for education, work experience, and qualifications
• Administer aptitude, personality, and interest tests
• Explain employment policies to applicants
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring officials
• Request references from current or former employers
• Notify applicants of acceptance or denial of employment via phone or letter
