The Human Resources clerk provides administrative support to the human resources department by maintaining, scanning and electronically filing employee records; in addition to performing other administrative tasks to support HR functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain and organize employee files, both active and terminated, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. 
• Scanning employee documents and uploading into HRIS system 
• Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned, which may include file audits and organizing documents. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• HRIS experience a plus
• Experience scanning documents and uploading into files
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
