Role Overview We are hiring an
HR Coordinator who is ready to contribute beyond administrative tasks and grow into a
strategic HR professional . In this role, you will start by supporting essential HR functions and will quickly gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.

Key Responsibilities For Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals)- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Learn HR data analytics, workforce planning, and HR technology systems to optimize HR operations.
- Assist in developing HR policies and training programs to support company growth.
- Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee relations.
For Experienced Professionals (2+ Years of HR Experience)- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and retention strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to make data-driven recommendations for improving hiring and retention.
- Develop and implement programs for employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Optimize HR workflows through automation, AI-driven HR tools, and process improvements.
- Coach and mentor junior HR team members as the department grows.
