Salary:

Purpose

The EAM Consultant is Stratum’s primary customer-facing resource and is responsible for the bulk of EAM implementation activities, completed both remotely and at client sites. The consultant works collaboratively with fellow team members, clients, and Hexagon representatives primarily on large-scale projects and occasionally on smaller-scale service tickets. The consultant serves as the lead EAM implementation resource on assigned projects, reporting to the EAM Architect and EAM Project Manager in all stages of a project.

Responsibilities and Duties

Technical/Functional

• Configure HxGN EAM software and modules
• Import data into EAM
• Test HxGN EAM functionality
• Develop system, training, testing, and configuration documentation
• Create reports utilizing Cognos (EAM Advanced Reporting)
• Configure HxGN OS collaboration (formerly Mingle)
• Create EAM Start Center content
• Develop Flex Business Rules
• Create Alert Management
• Create support incidents in HxGN Support Portal on behalf of clients
• Enter Product Enhancement Requests in the HxGN Enhancement Request system
• Facilitate and execute system and user acceptance testing
• Train end users
• Consult with client on design of business processes and requirements
• Support client technical and business resources
• Complete other duties as assigned

Hexagon Partnership

• Foster relationships with HxGN EAM sales representatives
• Communicate with HxGN EAM sales representatives and other relevant HxGN/Infor resources about project progress and issues
• Participate in HxGN events including webinars, user groups, technical education events, and conferences.

Team Participation

• Attend company retreats
• Utilize Stratum’s standard communication tools to interact with the team, staff, and customers
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings
• Contribute to project support as needed
• Contribute to internal company projects
• Contribute to Stratum knowledge base
• Assist with product demonstrations and sales presentations as needed
• Participate in other team interactions as requested by manager
• When not on active project assignment, participate in the customer service operation by completing service tickets

Travel

This position has potential frequent travel, approximately 50%, but is variable.

Salary and Benefits 

Salary is based on experience. Benefits include 401k, long-term disability, parental leave, and a profit-sharing plan.
