We are looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Outbound Insurance Lead Generator. As a representative, you will be responsible for following up on leads generated from Cold Calling/Telephone Prospecting and outbound calling . We host an array of insurance enrollment, also known as TSA, right within our agency. Our teamwork is at the core of our success, with both businesses supporting each other. When insurance leads are sold, the entire agency reaps the benefits with bonuses. It's a collaborative environment where everyone has their own office, ensuring a relatively quiet workspace except for scheduled appointments and the bustling insurance enrollment area.

No previous Insurance Sales Experience? No problem!

If you have demonstrated success in sales and possess exemplary customer service skills, we can provide the essential instruction and guidance needed to transition into the insurance industry successfully. Entry-level applicants will be offered a base salary of $14 per hour ($30,000 per year) with an additional commission between $10,000-$20,000. You can be expected to make up to $50,000 In the first year.

Are you ready to take your insurance career to the next level? We believe in incentivizing our lead generators through bonuses , and we offer a multi-level bonus program that rewards our employees for their hard work and dedication to the agency. The base salary is $16 per hour ($33,000 per year) with additional commission ranging between $20,000 - $60,000. Outstanding performers who demonstrate consistent performance may earn up to an impressive $93,000 per year.

Salary: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Follow-up on leads generated from Cold Calling/Telephone Prospecting and outbound calling.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings with insurance agents, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.

Requirements

• A Property and Casualty License is Required. License Paid in Full by Employer.
• Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
• Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
