Salary information :
• San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $275,000 to $275,000

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Banking Technology Investment Banking Team in San Francisco, CA. We provide clients with mergers & acquisitions (M&A)/advisory, capital raising, and general financial advice through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Your expertise

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Ideally 7+ years of industry expertise in Software, Internet, or Tech-Enabled Services
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong understanding of banking products, capital structure, and capital markets
