PALAZZO is seeking to immediately hire an investment banking associate. This candidate must have at least two years of relevant investment banking experience. The position is a combination of quantitative (financial models, financial statement analysis, valuations) and qualitative (business development research, market research and collaborate on the development of management presentations). Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and refine detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses, and conduct due diligence for potential transactions. Transaction Execution: Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions from initial pitch through closing, including preparing pitch books, presentations, and client proposals. Market & Industry Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics relevant to client strategies. Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior bankers to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide strategic insights during client meetings and calls. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth transaction processes and adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with a strong background in financial analysis and transaction execution. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. NOTE: Candidate must be able to start immediately.
