Investor Relations Specialist

An investor relations specialist’s job is primarily to communicate (both verbal and written) all matters related to the investors that bridge the gap between the management and the investors, especially roles related to strategy, business plan, budget, annual results, etc.

This role is diverse. One must have good communication skills (both written and verbal). Any robot or artificial intelligence machine cannot perform it. That is because a certain sense of formatting (writing procedure) is required and should communicate in simple language, which would be understandable to major investors in that company, or a certain sense of formatting (writing procedure) is required and should be communicated in simple language, which would be understandable to major investors in that company. This investor relations job also tracks the business and reports to the distinctive shareholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate investor materials like quarterly earnings releases, earnings conference call scripts and yearly reports etc.
• Respond to individual and retail investor inquiries.
• Oversee shareholder ownership along with maintain investor relations contacts and interactions details.
• Develop and execute non-investor materials as required consisting of internal employee communications and product press releases.
• Develop, manage and enhance all communication and investor relations aspects with existing and potential clients and financial advisors.
• Develop and maintain customer service as well as investor relations infrastructure for Senior Floating Rate fund along with other funds.
• Develop company knowledge and its lines of competitors, business, pertinent current events and market activities by internal and external sources review.
• Ensure to fulfill requests for publicly revealed information associated with operating results, business developments and strategies.
• Coordinate logistics associated with investor conferences, non-deal meetings and road shows.
• Respond to inquiries from retail investors, financial advisors and research analysts related to Senior Floating Rate and varied new funds.
• Write press releases and varied related materials to financial results and business activities of Senior Floating Rate and varied mutual funds regularly.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, drive for results, ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills are a must excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS or BA in a business-related field preferred
• Forecast quarterly and yearly earnings using detailed investment, liquidity, capital and expense
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators and financial and operational metrics
• Reviewing and editing quarterly letters and reports
