Job Overview Provide customers with training, clinical in-services, and information regarding specific disease states and products to accelerate disease state awareness. Develop education programs for professional staff, including doctors, nurses, and other key healthcare personnel, through 1:1 presentations, round table discussions, and formal presentations. Accept all assignments within 24 hours of notification. Notify your manager if you are unable to accept a patient assignment or schedule a patient visit within 72 hours due to other circumstances. Report any adverse events according to guidelines. Essential Functions Complete all reports and written assignments timely, accurately, and thoroughly, meeting set deadlines and customer expectations. Maintain a high level of professional standards in all interactions with patients and customers. Read, understand, and adhere to important documents such as fraud and abuse guidelines, FDA guidelines, Pharma code, HIPAA guidelines, and policies and procedures memos. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Clinically competent in the relevant disease area. Understanding and general knowledge of health services. Good working knowledge of national clinical systems. Ability to manage workload with minimal guidance. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. Current nursing license in good standing required. Valid and in-state driver's license required. The potential base pay for this role is $30 per hour, with actual compensation varying based on qualifications, location, schedule, and other factors.
