Job Description: Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes is an award-winning landscape design/build firm with locations in Denver, Vail and Aspen, Colorado. We are seeking a full-time experienced Irrigation Manager to join our team in our Vail Valley office.
Qualifications: •Landscape Irrigation Maintenance experience (5 years minimum required)
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record
•CLT/CLP license a plus
•Strong communication skills (ability to communicate in English and Spanish a plus)
•Able to meet physical requirements of the job
•Proficient in using computers and MS Office programs
•Able to follow current procedures in place
•Thorough understanding of complex irrigation systems
•2 wire systems
•Weathermatic, WeatherTrack, Rainbird, Hunter and knowledge of other types of Controllers
•Pumps, boosters and wells
•Backflow certification a plus
•Strong irrigation trouble shooting skills
•Low Voltage Outdoor lighting
•Great organizational skills
•Solve practical problems and unexpected changes in a timely and polite manner
•Excellent communications skills with both clients and team members
•ability to do blue print take offs
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Water Audits
•Job Costing
•Ability to do proposals
Job Duties Include: •Irrigation maintenance - includes installation and repairs for current clients and new construction
•Manage and schedule 5 to 10 techs
•Complete daily work requests
•Job site inspections
•Active and positive communication with clients and co-workers
•Strong organizational and time management skills, be self-motivated, resourceful and detail oriented
•Interest in learning
•Some early starts and weekends may be required.

Pay Transparency The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Mariani pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the company Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
Position Range:
$77,800.00 - $124,500.00
